Mescal's Children's Center of Hope, a Frazer mission partner, has been caring for orphans in Kenya since 2012. Last year, Frazer raised funds to build a Christian Primary School for the community of Luanda and students which is slated to open in October for Pre-K through 1st Grade. This year, we will continue the dream by building Phase II of the school, adding a second floor and expanding to more grade levels.
